Silicon steel cut lamination
· The base material is cut from grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with high magnetic induction, utilizing high-speed CNC cross-cutting equipment. The resulting edge burrs are ≤0.01mm, with dimensional tolerances within ±0.05mm.
· Positioning and stacking: On a dedicated positioning and welding assembly platform, a stepped arc-shaped stacking method is employed to eliminate localized magnetic flux saturation at core joints. The stacking coefficient reaches ≥98%, maximizing the utilization of the silicon steel sheets' magnetic conductive area.
· Precision metrics: Stacking flatness ≤0.1mm/m, longitudinal thickness variation ≤0.03mm, camber (sickle bend) ≤0.8mm/2m.
